Tuần vừa qua, HSI vừa tổ chức một buổi huấn luyện làm bánh ngọt thuần thực vật cùng đầu bếp bánh tại khách sạn Intercontinental Saigon. Chúng tôi rất mong sẽ tiếp tục cùng hợp tác để đưa thêm những món thuần thực vật ngon miệng, tốt cho sức khỏe và thân thiện với môi trường vào thực đơn tại khách sạn. This past week, HSI organized a plant-based dessert training with pastry chefs at Intercontinental Saigon. We hope to continue working with the hotel to incorporate more delicious, healthy and sustainable plant-based options in their menus in the near future. For now let’s just appreciate how beautiful and yummy these desserts look!
