Green Monday Vietnam together with chef Le Nguyen Bao organized a plant-based culinary training with chefs from The Caterers. We worked together on 8 delicious and nutritious recipes: mapo tofu, stewed young jackfruit, five-spice noodle soup, pasta carbonara, macaroni with beetroot and pumpkin cream sauce, mango curry, potato pancake and pilaf rice with cashew. More updates will follow as this training is a part of an upcoming Green Monday Vietnam launch at a school.
