Sau những chia sẻ về lợi ích của việc ăn thuần thực vật cho môi trường, sức khỏe và động vật từ chị Trang Đặng, đầu bếp Lê Nguyên Bão đã hướng dẫn cách làm món sandwich rau củ nướng kèm sốt mayonnaise thực vật và sinh tố hạt điều trái cây, rất ngon miệng và đầy đủ dinh dưỡng.

After sharing information on the benefits of eating plant-based foods for the environment, health and animal welfare from Ms.Trang Dang, chef Le Nguyen Bao led a cooking demo on how to make delicious and nutritious grilled veggies sandwich with plant-based mayonnaise and cashew milk mixed fruits smoothies.
