Green Monday Vietnam together with chef Le Nguyen Bao organized a plant-based culinary training with chefs from Global Cafe. We worked together on 7 delicious and nutritious recipes: strawberry salad, five-spice noodle soup, pasta carbonara, macaroni with beetroot and pumpkin cream sauce, mango curry, sandwich with grilled veggies and plant-based garlic mayo, and pilaf rice with butter beans. More updates will follow as this training is a part of upcoming Green Monday Vietnam events at a few schools.
